Comentario : The heating in the room was an old radiator that was broken and didn't work, I notified the recption during my stay but nothing was done about it. ONly for the electric radiator in the bathroom I would have been freezing.

Comentario : your website photos of a double room are not representative of the actual room. The room was so small it was difficult for two people to move around. We asked for twin beds but what we got was two single beds joined together as a double. I was really disappointed as the website photos were so much better. We asked for an electric covertor but was told that none were available. I specially left instructions that my friend will be joining later but when she arrived she was told she had no reservation. I had to come down from fifth floor in the middle of the night to explain to the receptionist that she was booked in the same room as me.

Comentario : J'ai bien été accueilli par le receptionniste du soir, le jeune le lendemain aussi mais la femme n'a pas été très agréable à me répondre, pretextant qu'elle avait trop de travail, c'est un comble. La femme de ménage, très bien et honnête. La chambre bien que petite, convenable.
